My 5 yr old son attended the holiday program at Springvale Indoor Sports. Being his first holiday program I was a little nervous to leave him! The staff took his asthma seriously and made sure he was happy before I left. When we picked him up he was beaming from ear to ear. He had the absolute best time and wants to go back again next week! Great experience, they have a fantastic set up and caring staff. Highly recommend!

great for kids bday parties. staff were easy to deal with. everything was seamless. had chosen the sports party where you could select 3 types of sports. you are allocated a host to manage all the sports within a 1.5-2hour timeslot. at the end you do get to go in the inflatables. although, the only downside was the circular inflatable on the left side which was very dangerous; someone could easily get caught between the cracks and suffocate if there were a bunch of kids going on it at the one time. we had reported this but not sure if anything was done about it.

Some umpires display favouritism and compromise fair play. It's disheartening to see dignity and respect on the field take a back seat to financial gain. If you value sportsmanship, look elsewhere for umpire services. Let’s make the game about passion, not just money

We were going to play cricket from last 5 months the price was 60$ per hour now they increased to 70$ what a rip off. Also there bats and balls were not playable. You have to get your own. Never going back again.

Umpiring and management need significant improvement. Recommending new umpires to prioritize sportsmanship and fair play. Let’s make the game about passion, not just money. It’s disappointing that the organization seems to prioritize money over player satisfaction.”

Fantastic place to have a kids birthday party. I had my sons 5th birthday party here on the weekend. We hired the jump space for a private party and added on the dinosaur character to play games with everyone (which the kids absolutely LOVED). When we arrived it was all set up, ready to go. We had two hosts, Xavier and Emily who were amazing with the children, getting them all involved. Xavier even helped me get all the children together for cake time and food - which was a lifesaver as I had about 35 children there. Great work to all. Highly recommend.

I had a truly terrible experience at this indoor cricket place. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude, making the whole experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, they allowed biased buyers to act as umpires, which completely ruined any sense of fairness in the games. The management seems to be nonexistent or equally clueless, as they didn't address any of these issues. The lack of sportsmanship displayed by both umpires and staff was appalling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
